Hey ppl,

Any1 know what type of music connor is into or what bands he listens to.

I myself listen to a lot of dance/pop, but really like the new brit bands sound such as:-

Keane, Artic Monkeys, The Automatic, Orson, Kasier Chiefs, Franz. (yes i know some of these aren't from the UK)

Please do not tell me connor likes country n western or classical pleaseeeeeeeee!!!!

I recall vaguely that he once told us at a con he especially likes guitar rock and I even got some band names for you. In his own words (I managed to dig this one up for you from his 2004 chat transcript on StarTrek.com), when asked whether he has a favorite band:

"My favorite band ... I'm about to go see The Flaming Lips, Radiohead, the Pixies [at Coachella]. I like all sorts of music. Who has a favorite band?"

But what is wrong with country or classical? Could be worse, could be polka music (and the Dutch variety is especially insidious!

In an online chat once someone asked him what CD was in his car. I think the answer was Jane's Addiction.

Went on to the listed bands website, to have a listen.....gulp

Its not bad, but a bit depressing,,,I think me n connor will just have to differ in music tastes  lol

Suppose the American music/pop scence is way different to here. What do you think of theh bands???

Can't believe it, The Flamming Lips are playing at loads of music festivals this summer in the UK. They were also on Radio 1(Top UK Radio Station) doing an interview, they sounded fun and there music is actaully good,, know a few of there songs too. So maybe not as bad as I 1st thought.

Pitty Connor didnt come over as well for all the festivals

Hi Maxi, on the website they wrote this,,,,,

Jane's Addiction exploded out of L.A.'s gritty music scene onto an unsuspecting world in the mid-1980s with their larger-than-life amalgam of punk, metal, indie, prog, folk and anything else that struck their fancy.

I guess they r pretty much random lol,

I listen to another band thats like that "System Of A Down" anyone else listen to them, defiently recommend them. They are an American band.
