| People have been asking me all week how it went in London and by the end, they wish they never asked. Can't stop talking about it. But I'll try.

Well one more question before you stop talking then........why didn't you get Neelix's autograph?! Yes! LOL. I only got two autos, Conners and Robert Picardo's - my two favourite characters from Enterprise and Voyager. If there was some more cast from Enterprise, I would have pushed the boat out and got theirs but unfortunatley there was only Conner Trinneer there so there wasn't much hope of that. I probably wouldn't have gone for Ethan's autograph anyway, for reasons you already know! Out of interest, since having my kidney stone, I've lost 16lbs in weight and still going down! I lost 3lbs over the weekend I was in London. I'm wondering if its this diet they put me on, or if the kidney stone was the reason why I put on weight so quickly. I put on about 3 stone within a year or two.

| Wow Q! Congratulations, that's amazing. I've had two kidney stones and never lost weight afterwards. I've avoided dairy for years because 1. the kidney stones were calcium based and 2. I'm lactose intolerant. I've been to a endocrinologist this year who said I don't even register on the scale for calcium and vitamin D -- NOT a good thing! So now I'm taking both in vitamin form. He said all of the dr.'s in the past who said to avoid calcium because of the stones were wrong! I swear, medical knowledge is a crap shoot sometimes.

Just having it once was bad enough for me. I was in spasm basically, down my back and side. Did you have the keyhole type of thing? They told me it was calcium but I have heard that it can be other minerals that build up. The thing with me is I used to eat a lot of dairy products and I think thats why I might have lost weight but not sure. A couple of years ago, I went from 12.5st (175lbs) to 16st (224lbs) and now I'm standing at 14.12 (197lbs) since I've cut certain foods out. So I have lost 16lbs within around 6 weeks. I'm just worried I might be losing weight too quickly if you know what I mean.

| How was the dreaded camping trip?
I'd love to hear more about Expo. as well. Paris, do you know anyone who puts photos on their computer that could help you out?
I'm actually thinking about going to a con in Tulsa, Oklahoma later this month. Connor will be there Sat. only, but Paul McGillion from Stargate: Atlantis will be there Sun. (The doctor with the lovely Scottish accent.)

My sister said she is going to set up a photo bucket [????] for me so hopefully my pics will been seen soon.
If you go to Tulsa you must say hello to Connor from the girl/women who gave him the shirt in London.
My dad is from Scotland.... and yes the chap in Stargate has a gorg voice. |
