| | Since Stargate isn't going to air for a few months I wondered what others had seen of Connor's previous work? I obviously haven't had the chance to see him on stage but have managed to catch some of the other stuff. I thought he was fabulous in Far East and only wish I could get my hands on a copy. He was cute in Sliders and Freaky Links but that little scene he had in that cheesy show 'Touched by an Angel' takes it for me - especially when you think that he was playing to nothing but a camera lens. He is just so good with a monologue as he demonstrated several times on Enterprise. He managed to make the speech truly real and healtfelt and not tip it into over-sentimentality. That's the limit of my Connor back-catalogue. What's everybody else seen?

| I have seen only one episode of Freaky Links and some fragments of other work, Far East among them. Like you I would love to see more. I just started a rerun of Enterprise (I got the DVD's !!) and once again I am struck with the intensity of Connor's performance. Sometimes it almost physically hurts me when he fires one of Trip's emotional outbursts into the camera. One of my wishes: once to see him perform on stage, I think that will be really awesome!

| There's also the HBO movie *61. It's a good baseball movie about Roger Maris and Mickey Mantle. CT is one of the group that decides that Maris' home run record should have an asterisk by it in the record books because the season had more games in it than the one where Babe Ruth set his record and therefore it shouldn't count the same. Or something. |

| I'm happy to say I've seen much of his work.
-on stage in ARCADIA, Huntington Theater, Boston, 1996 -Pensacola: Wings of Gold, episode (he played an attorney) -ER, episode (one scene, EMT) -Touched By An Angel, epiode (prisoner on Death Row) -Sliders, episode (leader of a rebel faction) -Freakylinks, episode (young couple expecting first child, wife is possessed by "something or someone") -Far East, play, taped for PBS's "Stage on Screen", (young naval officer with a secret) -*61, HBO movie, (news reporter)
I wish there was a way to see his Gideon's Crossing episode. I've also tried to find the two movies he did, but had no luck.
I'm really looking forward to his Stargate Atlantis episode!

| Are any of his appearances on tape or DVD? I have both seasons of Enterprise, but I would like to see some of his other work. |

The commercial was for Club Med. But don't get excited thinking that he's by a beach in a bathing suit -- no such luck. He's incredibly cute and funny in it though -- and a bit younger!
You can see it at the House of Tucker site. It runs on Windows Media Player on my computer. I'll try to get a link later on.

Are any of his appearances on tape or DVD? I have both seasons of Enterprise, but I would like to see some of his other work.
*61: It's a little difficult - so many of the things he's been in were really short scenes. He only has one scene in *61, but it's a pivotal scene. It's worth seeing just for the hair and glasses. If you go on his official site under "Information", the pics on the left show him in a white shirt and jacket, holding a cigarette. His hair is slicked back with old-style glasses. It's a very good movie, especially if you like baseball, so it's worth the price of the rental.
ER: His ER scene was before the credits rolled, so it's less than a minute. He's an EMT bringing a woman in, so it's from outside the door, past the main desk, and he's done. (The woman on the stretcher moans so loudly it's annoying. I'd have told her she was unconscious. *wink*) The epi. was called "Sharp Relief" from Season 4, if you know anyone who's bought the DVD's. That still gets rerun, I think the channel is TBS, so you might catch it. But remember, before the credits and he's done.
TBAA: His Touched By An Angel was basically one scene as well -- but it's powerful! It's at the end of the show, though his character has been talked about throughout, and has been scene in brief glimpses on the TV set that's playing in the background of the story. I don't know if that's out on DVD yet. It's also a 4th season epi., called "Seek and Ye Shall Find". I've heard the Hallmark Channel reruns TBAA. If you can find it, it's a "CT Must See!"
Sliders: The show is coming out on DVD now, season by season. It's a leading guest role, so he's in more than half the show. He's the leader of a rebel faction. Again, it's from season 4, and is called "Prophets and Loss". That does show up on the Sci-Fi channel occassionally. Definitely worth checking the listings for it!
Far East (play): Far East is not on DVD, but if you can find someone who has a copy of it, it's a "CT Must See!" It's actually a taped recording of a play, done for the PBS show "Stage on Screen". He's the best thing in it. (I found the main story incredibly boring.) He has maybe a half dozen scenes and he out-acts the rest of the cast! Really incredible. It's set in the 1950's and he's a young gay Navy officer who's in the closet and is forced to come out when he's blackmailed. CT's back in uniform and the character is from Oklahoma so he sounds like Trip.
Pensacola: Wings of Gold: The show is not out on DVD as far as I know. He's acting with Kathryn Morris, who currently stars in "Cold Case Files". Connor plays an attorney in the Marines. He has a couple of scenes, but nothing awesome (like Touched by an Angel). It's an earlier work - he's a bit younger and even thinner, if you can imagine that. The title is "Trials and Tribulations", but I don't know what season it's from.
Freakylinks: This also shows up on the Sci-Fi channel occassionally. He's cute in it because he's a young husband who's worried about his pregnant wife who seems to be possessed by something or someone. He has quite a few scenes, but frankly, the writing is pretty weak, so it's really not much. He does well with what he's got to work with. It's from the first season (second epi. actually) and is called "Three Thirteen." For a pic, again look on his official site and click on the "Information" section, it's the one right under the one from *61.
I've never been able to find Gideon's Crossing. It hasn't come out on DVD and I don't know if there are any plans to bring it out. Let's all keep our fingers crossed.
