I liked how she turned into a "femme fatale" in the episode In a Mirror Darkly. I think Linda really went to town in the role and it looked like a lot of fun for her to play her evil alter ego.

I like the fact that she comes out on top at the end which is completely unexpected. I love Hoshi - she's ace, and she has so many 'moments'.

I also liked it in 'Vanishing Point' where she uses the Transporter for the first time. In the moments she's in the transporter buffer, she imagines an entire story where she believes she is disappearing.

 I also thought she was good in 'Fight or Flight', 'Sleeping Dogs' and another of my favourite Hoshi episodes in season 3 was in 'Excile' with the telepathic alien.  Also, Terra Prime where she takes command for the first time and she tells Nathan Samuels where to get off!  That was an unforgettable Hoshi moment.

I can watch Hoshi moments all day - she is so fantastic!

I think "Singularity", where Hoshi is fixated on cooking ("Carrots!!"  ), is one of my favorites, and certainly "Terra Prime", when she held her own on the bridge quite nicely. 

oh yeah!  (LOL) I forgot about "Singularity" - that was just a classic episode!  I also liked "Reed Alert".  Apparently somebody joked about it on set and decided they would put in the episode!  As I understand it.  Back to Hoshi though, she reminded me of that chef in the Muppet Show! - completely crazed!

I always feel guilty when I comment that Linda Park (or anyone else for that matter) did a good job at playing someone evil, it sounds as if you are accusing her of something!  i.e. Perhaps she is like that in real life or something!  We know that we are reflecting on her acting and not her personally, but I wonder if she would if she ever read the comments!

Of course, I liked Hoshi's real or true character in the 'normal universe' (whatever that may be) and I liked what they did with her character throughout the four seasons.  She started off inexperienced, nervous and not particularly strong emotionally, but towards the latter seasons she became more erm...not sure how to put it...all that she went through was character building and it seasoned her and made her a stronger person.  (Sorry, I'm not always good at explaining things).

She reminds me of me sometimes, I used to be really quiet and wouldn't say 'boo to a goose' but nowadays I never shut up talking.  People have to literally gag me with a sheet from a King Size bed to get me to be quiet!!!
