Eeep!  He's gonna be there Sunday?  Not Saturday so us drivers could see him in a reasonable time..?   Well what was he thinking? :p  (And yes, I know all too well the stuff that really rules at the cons...)

Let's see.. it's farther to Orlando than to New York... On a Sunday.. I don't know... I mean one of the listed guests means I might actually get to see a good friend of mine I haven't seen since Vegas...  Which makes it all the more appealing..

Then there's the money issue...

Gosh this is hard!

I have my tickets now. Bought tonight. Luckily I have the Sundaay and Monday off work, but I'm going to eg for the Saturday. Just call me the jammiest person alive though becuase getting time off at Disney is freaking lucky!

I just like tha for once in my life I don't have to travel a huge distance to get to a con!

We /always/ have to travel!  Used to be NC was good for cons, now we're junk, I guess. :p

But we have friends that go for other shows and whatnot, so we're always going with them.  Vegas we go to every year and would no matter who was there, I think.  So far every time we've gone it's to see said specific people.

I went to bed last night watching Will and Grace thinking, "Should I really go?"  and in that instant an ad for Orlando came up. lol.  But against that, I think that unless some miracle comes along, I just can't go.  I /might/ be able to afford the plane ticket, but the hotel is out of the question and being on a Sunday I couldn't drive it like I'd want to.

The only factor left is who else is going.. I know of one of my friends who might be there, I'd have to see if her schedule puts her there that weekend.  Any time I can see any of my friends from overseas, I'll jump to do it.

But going to Florida and /not/ going to Ohio makes me feel kind of schmuck-ish so that's also nagging at my mind, even if I have a good reason to be missing out on Ohio.

So many conventions, so little time...  *sighs*  Wish I could be in Florida too.  Or here's a novel idea...  that there could be maybe some stuff going on in the UK?

I had to chuckle at the TV thing.  Does that equate with all the songs on the radio seeming pertinent when there's something going on?  Mind you the TV thing was happening with me yesterday.  Every other ad was for car insurance.  Dad said it was the same when he had his accident too.  It's a shame that the hotel is prohibitive for you.  Maybe there will be someone there that you could 'bunk' in with other something.

I haven't spoken or asked any of them, but I doubt there'll be a Nanite or a Nanite-in-law there.. Well no, the inlaw will be there, but I wouldn't dream of sharing a room with him.  I'll leave that to someone else.

LOL.  I'm sure he'd be the perfect Nanite-in-law-man about it.  But maybe if there were someone there, that's all I was saying.  I mean, after all, you could let a certain someone know that we gave his love to Oadby, and that Oadby sends it right back at him.

Yeah right, that coming out of my not-quite-southern voice'll really turn heads.  You will be the one to pass along that message, my dear.
