| | For anyone in the UK who doesn't have Sky (like me!) the 1st season of Heroes is supposed to be shown on BBC2 this summer followed by season 2 on BBC3 and BBC2 next year. Sky apparently lost the rights to show the 2nd season. |

| sky never had the rights. it was shown on the scifi channel, they held the rights to it, I think worldwide as they show the repeats in the US (I saw it on us scifi channel a few nights ago anyway again!) INSANE though that the beeb have paid so much and nothing has aired on it yet! Guess they occasionally know a good thing when they see it.
The BBC is thought to have paid around £400,000 an episode for the second season of Heroes - even though it has yet to show the first.
The new deal represents a five-fold increase on the amount the corporation paid for season one, which will air on BBC Two over the summer.
Sci Fi Channel had first-run rights to season one, but was forced out of the bidding for season two as the price tag rose.
Season two will now air on both BBC Two and digital channel BBC Three from next year.
I don't care though since I'll be watching in the states anyway! I hope. I have so many late nights at work here, I'll probably be spending the next year batting my eyelids sweetly at downloaders
I am mightily pleased for dominic though. My favourite tv show and he landed a part. yayes! It's another break, considering the popularity of the show (3 storey posters in new york and in universal studios), it is very mainstream. AND it puts him back on top for convention appearances once his episodes air as it'll make him, once more, a current star as opposed to a past star

| He is only going to be recurring, therefore won't be necessary all the time. Also, filming does try to be a regular work week with weekends off. It's possible he can still work around filming considerations if it is around that time. But it's also possible he won't be necessary at that time anyway. Even series regulars aren't in every day of the week!

| Series 2 of Heroes has already begun filming, but that doesn't mean that DK is on set yet.
