| I got my dvd in thepost today of the utopia outlawed event. The vip dvd is still to come too, but at least I have this one!
The q&a session is almost uncut, at least where actual questions are concerned, it just cuts out the time between questions sometimes etc. There's also the liar's panel, filled with brokeback references and confusion over telling the truth! And then there's the closing ceremony 'skit' that the actors performed in character. kinda.
There's also an added interview which is about 15 minutes long. Dominic talked about his time on the show, he also talked about acting in general and a little about his life and moving to LA, also some things I hadn't heard before about his audition for the immortal.
And once again, the dkeb got a mention. "there's a few fans in this afternoon..."
Because we were all in the front you can see us occasionally too. I'm just pleased that during the dancing segment as I went up to join in that's when it cut off! phew!!
I recommend getting the dvd from the con if you have the chance as it is a superb indicator of what goes on at a day con (as opposed to a signing event) and is one of the best con dvds I've got as it really is as uncut as possible and not just highlights.

| replying to my own topic straight off... anyway.
Am watching dominic's q&a right now and when talking about beowulf, after all this time I'd forgotten some of the details. He said about the release date being thanksgiving 2007 which I had mentioned to him that morning and also that his character of 'old cain' is John Malkovich's slave.. whichever character Malkovich is playing!
Anything else comes up again and I'll add more into the topic

| | Thanks for the info Linsey I'd enquired at Utopia about the DVD and they said you can only pay by Paypal which I'm going to set up! So hopefully I should have the DVD soon! btw I signed the petition for DK to be on SGA but my entry came up twice......sorry about that!  |

| that's okay, I can edit the book anyway so I can go in and sort it out at some point
the dvd is great, though mine is actually a bit faulty so I'm going to be contacting them about that. I actually got the older convention one too since jeffrey Combs was at it and it was really funny too.
outlawed was a great day so it's been fun to remember it like this. I just hope they get the vip dvds out soon too though. Although, I hate seeing myself on camera and since that's the whole point of the vip one I think I'll end up being mortified by some of it!
Sal and Hreod and GreenGoddess are very prominent in the outlawed one. I'm only in the dancing bit briefly. Though you can see our silhouettes in the front row too

| I have visited the Utopia Outlawed site in the hopes of getting a DVD but there doesn't seem to be any mention of it. Am I looking in the wrong place? Can someone put me right? I'd love to have that DVD.
