I think he won an Emmy just recently - I can't remember what for now. I think I read it on Startrek.com. Manny's Emmy's.

Many say that CT should have got an Emmy for Similtude - and I can't disagree.

24 got Best Drama Series, so he was onstage with everyone that has anything to do with the show. Manny was right up front, so we got to see him on camera. His career is certainly worth watching. Why they don't get him to pen a Trek movie, I'll never know. Maybe someday.


Connor certainly DID deserve an Emmy for Similitude!!!!!!!! Those knumbskulls at the Academy of Television.... (blah, blah, blah) wouldn't know good acting if it bit them on the butt! Patrick Stewart never got one for TNG either.

That was it! Thanks TMG, it was 24.  I don't know if Manny has written for movies before (but whats the difference - its still writing) he is certainly capable of it.  I can't see that he is any less compitent than the guy who is writing the movie for next year.

I have my own award called 'I couldn't give a monkeys award' which I would give to some productions that have recieved an Emmy and then I would give CT and indeed many others in the cast of Enterprise an Emmy such as Dominic Keating and Linda Park.  I watched Daedalus this afternoon and I thought the acting was superb in that episode.
