| I am more than gratified by the fact that 'Barbie and Ken' got divorced - I received a great deal of satisfaction from that. A picture of Ken boiling Barbie in a large pot with Ken accidentally falling in afterwards, may prove to be the cure for this particular phobia. Even if crabs, lobsters etc don't feel any pain, its still a sticky ending to an inferior form of life. Prawns are a different matter, I once got food poisoning from Prawns and I was on my hands an knees.

| tripsmyguy (9/10/2006) I'll show you fear, just take me someplace high up without walls. It's strange you know, because I was 25 before I boarded a plane (and that was under the influence of alcohol), simply because of the being high up. However, now that doesn't bother me because it is now the fear of being blown up that prevents me from boarding a plane. Doesn't it just show you how terrorist use fear? I can't believe that 9/11 was five years ago and even know when I watch the footage of it - it paralises me. It instills fear into me to this very day. I started to watch a documentary on it the other night and I found I just couldn't watch it any longer. Its not those that were killed that I feel sorry for, but the ones who are living - its them that are suffering. Finished the soap-box now.

| It really is hard to believe it's been 5 years. I think it's MUCH to early to be making movies about it. It's still much too close to the heart. I doubt I'll make it through too many of the retrospectives. I don't even plan to attempt any. I'll just say a prayer for the lost and their loved ones and remember the sadness of the day. This must be a horrible time for the families left behind.

| It's horrendous. Somethings you can watch on the news and become de-sensitized to it because you see it often, but for 9/11 it is just impossible.
