This is going to be hard! I like most of the engineers! Trip is going to have one awesome crew!!! And picking between Picard and Archer??? Wonder if Archer could stand to be Picard's first officer?
Capt. = Picard
1st Ofcr = Archer
2nd Ofcr = Data
Chief Engineer = Tucker
His 2nd = LaForge
Chief Tactical Ofcr = Reed (Hey, Picard might actually let him DO something!)
His 2nd = Worf (Wouldn't that be a riot - the two of them together making snarky comments?)
Chief Science Ofcr = Spock
His 2nd = T'Pol (A Vulcan monopoly)
Chief Med. Ofcr = Phlox
His 2nd = What did they call the Dr. on Voyager?
Counselor = Guinan (Troi was lost years previous in a "mysterious" air lock accident.) 
Communications Ofcr. = Uhura
Her 2nd = Jadzia Dax
Helmsman = Primarily Data, with Sulu and Travis on other shifts.
Chef = Sato (no rank, so she and Reed and get it on with no regulations in the way)

|  Notice the other turncoat got replaced as Picard's 1st Officer! He can be on pooper scooper and catbox patrol as far as I'm concerned. (Wonder if Porthos and Spot would get along?)

| | Well, whilst Picard was probably my favourite captain I think having Kirk in charge would make for far more interesting voyages. And if you have Kirk you have to have Spock as First Officer. Data at Ops and Second Officer, Odo as Head of Security, Worf at Tactical, Uhura at Comms and Ro Llaren at the Helm. Of course the man himself - Trip - in Engineering (I think the relationship between him and Kirk would be interesting as they are both so impulsive.)

| I saw a vote once where Picard achieved top for favourite captain and believe it or not, Archer came bottom! Can't understand that because I though Scott Bakula made a really good one.
