Connor's intonations and facial expressions make his meaning that much clearer. Apart from that he is so very watchable (:D) and such a sweet person. Starring in a show that was partly his own creation would be a fantastic experience for him. I love how he is happy that maybe if he isn't seen as right for the role he just wants to get the project done - I love his down to earth attitude and approach to his work.
