Commander/Captain Sisko (Avery Brooks) Commander of Station then became Captain of the Station and the Defiant (Defiant class ship)

Constable Odo (Rene Auberjonois) Policeman of the station.

Ezri Dax (Nicole Deboer) Station Counsellor who hosted Dax the simbient.

Judsia Dax (Terry Farrell) Science Officer who also hosted Dax until she was killed.

Jake Sisko (Cirroc Lofton) Captain's son who became a reporter.

Miles Obrien (Colm Meaney) Cheif Engineer of both the Station and the Defiant

Quark (Armin Shimmerman) Bar Tender on the Station and is a Ferrengi

Dr Julian Bashir (Alexandar Siddig) The doctor of the station and the Defiant

Tom Paris (Robert Duncan-McNeil) played the Helmsman & Field Medic

Neelix (Ethan Philips) Chef/Ambassador and looked like a giant squirrel.

Emergency Medical Hologram (Robert Picardo) The ships doctor.

Tuvok (Tim Russ) who played a Vulcan Tatical officer and best friend of the Captain's

Seven of Nine (Jeri Ryan) eventually developed and operated the Astrometrics Lab.

Harry Kim (Garrett Wang) was the Operations Officer and also developed astrometrics lab.

Kes (Jennifer Lien) Short Squirt played Neelix's girlfriend and became nurse in Sick Bay.

Q -- Ricecake as First Officer? Is asskissing really the major requirement here?

I'd make Kirk an Admiral and McCoy, the Head of Starfleet Medical.

I saw a vote once where Picard achieved top for favourite captain and believe it or not, Archer came bottom! Can't understand that because I though Scott Bakula made a really good one.:)

Well, whilst Picard was probably my favourite captain I think having Kirk in charge would make for far more interesting voyages. And if you have Kirk you have to have Spock as First Officer. Data at Ops and Second Officer, Odo as Head of Security, Worf at Tactical, Uhura at Comms and Ro Llaren at the Helm.

Of course the man himself - Trip - in Engineering (I think the relationship between him and Kirk would be interesting as they are both so impulsive.)
