It is hard to explin to some how he made us feel.  At least you have us here who would understan.    As this is a Tribute site just for him, we could chat about him till the end of time and even have a laugh about the sort of things that he said and done. 

You have a good weep.  I know that when I first found out about him I was also in shock and then I came close to tears.  And finally had a good cry for him.  Believe me, it dose help.

Hello my sweets

I knew you, but I barely knew you...

His name was Q.
 
Q belonged to a totally different fandom to me, but whatever fandom we are in, we have this understanding don't we? We are all in it together, in the end.
 
Paris knew Q quite well through a couple of fandom websites, and last year at London Expo Paris dragged me along (as I have often dragged her along) so we wouldn't be alone to one of her fandom functions, for the record - Enterprise/Atlantis.
 
I went along not having a clue who anyone was, and not really caring, but having a ball nontheless. Because Paris was squeeing and jumping and being ultra excited at who she was meeting. The same could be said of Q who happened to be attending the same event.
 
Paris and Q had emailed each other and had arranged to meet, and of course me, being the complete outsider, met him as well.
 
You know what, it doesn't matter what fandom you are in, because at the end of the day it all means the same. And to witness Q and Paris having the time of their lives, and photographing it was so fantastic, it didn't matter that I wasn't part of their fandom, the fact was - I knew what fandom was all about.
 
Q was a very shy chap, initially, until Paris and I got him going. Heheh! In the end Q had photos taken with the actors from Enterprise, and although shy at first he really enjoyed it.
 
We had lunch together, and I found out that Q had lost his girlfriend in a car accident - so bloody sad.
 
But we had a fabby great day. Paris still talks of it.
 
However, when Paris was here last week I asked if she had heard from Q, because things had been quiet on that front for some time.
 
Then today Paris found out that Q had died three weeks ago. He died of an aneurysm... he was only 34.
 
This evening I looked through my photos from Expo and one that I took of Q.
 
He was so happy on that day. He met his heroes.
 
For the short time I knew him, I felt a kindred spirit.
 
Rest in peace dear Q.

BTW: Guess what, ya'll? Someone's B'day is coming up? lol. Yeah that's right, me! My B'day is on Nov. 23, '07, and I'll be 25 years young! Lol. So don't forget to send me your B'day shout outs to me. I will be posting on Conner's Forum for now on, cause that's where everyone is right now.

Does anyone know what happened to AM's Forum (Anthony Montgomery's Forum)? Yeah he's still my fav actor in the whole world! But I'm not really dreaming about him, or crushing on him anymore, cause now I'm crazy about Darrell, and all I can think or even dream about is Darrell. Yeah I'm crushin' on Darrell now.

P.S. I'm also shocked about Q's passing, it's like he's just gone all of a sudden. I'm really gonna miss my good buddy Q. Yeah, Q had a career in Information Technology, and Management of Information Systems is my major for when I do go back to college, which I don't know when that will be. But I have much to learn about computers, I'm surley not a computer genius like Q was.
